As part of the implementation of the career guidance plan of the Information Technology Department for the 2025-2026 academic year, a meeting was held with students of the graduating classes of the school.

On February 13, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., the Akhmet Baitursynov Binom school hosted career guidance among 11th grade students. The event was organized to inform future applicants about the university's training areas, the specifics of educational programs and the prospects for professional development in the field of information technology.

The career guidance work was carried out by Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Information Technology Venera Botabaevna Rystygulova and Master's degree, senior lecturer Ergesh Manas Zhantuganuly.

During the meeting, students were presented with information materials on specialties, admission conditions, educational trajectory and employment opportunities for graduates. Special attention was paid to modern trends in the field of information technology, digital solutions and engineering competencies.

A survey was also conducted among schoolchildren aimed at identifying professional interests and educational plans. The students were asked questions about their preferred academic subjects, their intention to enroll in a university or college, their choice of a future specialty, their expectations of the profession, as well as their previous experience of participating in career guidance events. Additionally, students could make suggestions on how to improve career guidance.

The meeting was held in an active format, the students showed interest, asked questions about the prospects of studying and further employment. The event helped to raise awareness among graduates about the opportunities for higher education and professional realization in the field of information technology.
