On April 10, 2026, an International Scientific and Practical Conference was held at the K. Kuazhanov Kazakh University of Technology and Business on the topic: “Prospective Directions of Interdisciplinary Research in the Era of Digital Technologies and Artificial Intelligence,” in which the learners of the Department of “Tourism and Service” actively participated.

The aim of the conference was to create a platform for the exchange of scientific ideas, discussion of current issues, and the development of interdisciplinary research in the context of the rapid advancement of digital technologies and artificial intelligence.

Within the framework of the conference, modern trends in digitalization, issues of implementing artificial intelligence in various fields, including the use of Big Data and artificial intelligence in tourism, as well as the prospects for the development of science and education under technological transformations were discussed.

In addition, representatives of other higher education institutions participated in the conference, which contributed to the expansion of scientific dialogue, the strengthening of inter-university cooperation, and the exchange of advanced scientific experience.
