On April 10, 2026, the K. Kulazhanov Kazakh University of Technology and Business hosted the International Scientific and Practical Conference entitled: “Promising Areas of Interdisciplinary Research in the Era of Digital Technologies and Artificial Intelligence.”
The conference brought together scientists, faculty members, young researchers, and students, providing a platform for discussing актуal scientific directions, implementing innovative technologies, and advancing interdisciplinary research.
Researchers from the Complex of PTF Laboratories for the Chemistry of Natural Compounds and Pharmaceutics (Head of PTF Project BR249927761 – Research Professor, Candidate of Chemical Sciences, PhD Yerlan Melsuly Suleimen) actively participated in the conference: D.A. Birimzhanova, Zh.D. Nurymov, D.K. Nurkadirov, D. Kurbanaliyeva, K. Zhadraeva, A. Kenzhebolat, A. Zhantursyn, A. Moldalieva.
The researchers presented their work in Section 2: “Innovative Technologies in Chemical Engineering and Environmental Safety”, delivering reports on актуal topics in natural compounds chemistry, phytochemistry, and biotechnology:
- D.A. Birimzhanova – “Biologically Active Compounds of Artemisia vulgaris”;
- Zh.D. Nurymov – “Comprehensive Evaluation of Antimicrobial Activity and Flavonoid Composition of Achillea salicifolia”;
- D.K. Nurkadirov – “Study of Phenolic Acids of Linaria vulgaris Mill. by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography”;
- D. Kurbanaliyeva – “Evaluation of the Biological Activity of the Ethanolic Extract of the Aerial Parts of Achillea setacea”;
- K. Zhadraeva – “Study of the Biological Activity of the Ethanolic Extract of Achillea nobilis L. Collected in the Akmola Region”;
- Kenzhebolat – “Chromatographic Study of Polygonum argyrocoleon Extract”;
- Zhantursyn – “Biological Activity of the Alcohol Extract of Polygonum arenastrum”;
