2. Original education document and its supplement.
3. Notarized copies of the education document and supplement translated into the state or Russian language and notarized in the Republic of Kazakhstan - 2 copies.
4. Identity document and notarized translated copy into the state or Russian language; the translation notarized in the Republic of Kazakhstan is provided in 3 copies.
5. Copy of TOEFL certificate with a threshold score of at least 560 or IELTS at least 6.0, if available.
6. Certificate of recognition and nostrification of education documents.
7. Medical certificate No. 075-u and fluorography image.
8. Individual Identification Number of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
9. Eight 3x4 cm photos.
