Youth Practice Program

The Youth Practice Program is organized for graduates of educational institutions to gain initial work experience in their earned profession (specialty).

40 MCI program salary level (currently about 120,000 KZT)
12 months maximum duration of participation
up to 29 participant age limit at referral time

Participant eligibility requirements

Referrals to Youth Practice are provided to unemployed graduates who meet age and post-graduation timing criteria.

Eligibility criteria

Core requirements

  • Graduate of an educational institution.
  • Unemployed status at the time of application.
  • Age not older than 29.
  • No more than 3 years after graduation.
Program terms

Participation format and compensation

  • Program salary is set at 40 MCI.
  • For the current period, the indicative payment is 120,000 KZT.
  • Participation period is up to 12 months.
  • Compensation is paid monthly.
