The goal of the Study Department is to manage the educational process effectively and continuously improve it by introducing modern progressive technologies and tools aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the educational process and the quality of student training.

Preparing working curricula for bachelor’s educational programs for the academic year.2
Organizing the preparation and approval of the academic calendar and academic schedule.3
Preparing materials for approval of the annual teaching workload of the faculty.4
Accounting and operational regulation of faculty staffing levels.5
Monitoring faculty workload performance in accordance with individual plans.6
Monitoring all types of faculty classes according to the timetable.7
Preparing recommendations and proposals for improving regulatory legal acts.8
Developing recommendations for long-term university development plans.9
Coordinating academic documentation with the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and KazUTB internal documents.10
Preparing draft orders for state examination and attestation commissions, reviewer lists, and discipline assignments in working curricula.
