Career Center Activities
The Career Center is a structural division of the university responsible for key areas:
Agreements and memorandums have been signed with 158 partner employers for professional practice and graduate employment cooperation. - Youth Affairs Management;
- all types of professional practice for students;
- organization and implementation of graduate employment events: vacancy fairs, employer presentations, seminars, master classes, and conferences;
- annual monitoring of graduate employment;
- building long-term partnerships with employers;
- maintaining employer and vacancy databases, as well as an electronic database of job seekers;
- providing information and consulting support to students on supervised areas and related issues.
Vacancy Fair 2025
The university traditionally holds a Vacancy Fair for students. The main purpose of this event is to support graduate employment.
The next Vacancy Fair was held on April 25, 2025. More than 40 representatives from 32 organizations were invited, including government institutions, major national and private companies, financial institutions, industrial enterprises, business structures, and law enforcement-related organizations.
Graduate students had the opportunity to receive practical employment guidance through interviews with HR managers from participating organizations.

Alumni Association
The university has established an Alumni Association, which includes graduates from previous years working in ministries, government power structures, akimats, large companies, and financial institutions.
On October 3, 2025, the first meeting of the Alumni Association took place. Priority market economy issues were discussed, and important proposals were developed to further strengthen the university position.
The Alumni Association pursues a noble mission: strengthening corporate spirit, mutual support, and cooperation; supporting and improving the university image; promoting graduates; and developing cultural traditions.
At the Alumni Association meeting:
- Gani Nuralievich Baisseitov - General Director of LLP Research & Development Center Kazakhstan Engineering;
- Svetlana Valerievna Kravchuk was elected Chairperson - Deputy Head for Legal Affairs at LLP Komek Astana;
- the composition was approved;
- the work plan was approved.
- A schedule of guest lectures by Alumni Association members was prepared for students on relevant topics, including:
- Key steps for a successful career;
- Practical advice on launching and building a business;
- Legal literacy;
- Discipline as a key to success in public service;
- Modern IT technologies and practical experience.
- These guest lectures were delivered during different periods of the academic year, and students gained practical experience, knowledge, and additional competencies.
- The creation of the Alumni Association will contribute to further productive work.
Board of Trustees
For the first time, the university established a Board of Trustees composed of representatives of government agencies, business community members, and public figures. The first meeting of the Board of Trustees took place on February 13, 2026, in an introductory format. During the meeting, the chairperson and the board composition were approved, and current issues of the university educational activity were discussed. The Board of Trustees activity will continue in an active format.
