Isolation, structure elucidation and antitumour activity of antibiotics from lichen fungi of the Akmola region

The project aims to search for new natural biologically active compounds with antimicrobial and antitumour properties from endolichenic fungi of the Akmola region. The research establishes a scientific basis for developing domestic medicines to treat infectious and oncological diseases.

Development of technologies for producing oxygen-enriched beverages using a Scheffé simplex-lattice design

The project aims to create a technologically efficient platform for producing a new generation of functional beverages enriched with oxygen and micro- and macronutrients. A mathematical model for optimising formulations and innovative methods of oxygen saturation of liquids are being developed.

Creation of an innovative technology for producing functional gluten-free confectionery products from Kazakhstani legume raw materials. The project will reduce the market's dependence on imported products and provide consumers with coeliac disease with affordable domestic products.
