• Inclusive recruitment: The University conducts career guidance aimed at breaking down barriers in STEM disciplines, which is confirmed by a consistently high percentage of women in technical and managerial specialties.

2. Women's leadership and representation
The University is actively investing in the development of leadership skills among female students.
• Student government: Female students form the active core of youth organizations, holding key positions on faculty boards and volunteer centers.
• Role models: Meetings with successful women scientists and entrepreneurs are integrated into the educational process, which creates confidence in the future professional trajectory of 3,209 students.
