K.KULAZHANOV KAZAKH UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY AND BUSINESS
Promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all Assem Baktymbet - AP19680201 "Assessment and development of a mechanism for the development of human capital based on differences in social generations in the Republic of Kazakhstan". The project is aimed at a comprehensive study of the impact of intergenerational differences on the labor market, employment and economic development of the country with the subsequent development of effective mechanisms of state support for human capital. The relevance of the project is due to the transformation of the structure of society and the labor market under the influence of the change of social generations, which differ in values, level of education, digital skills, motivation to work and expectations from professional activities. These differences have a significant impact on employment productivity, labour mobility and economic growth, which requires scientific reflection and consideration in the formulation of public policy. The purpose of the study is to assess the current state of human capital in the Republic of Kazakhstan, taking into account generational characteristics, as well as to develop a mechanism for its development aimed at increasing the efficiency of employment and sustainable economic growth. Within the framework of the project, it is planned to conduct a socio-economic diagnosis of intergenerational interaction, including an analysis of the structure of employment, the level of qualification, adaptability to changes in the labor market and regional differences. Particular attention will be paid to assessing the impact of generational differences on the economy of the regions, identifying factors that contribute to or hinder the effective integration of different age groups into the economic system. The scientific novelty of the project lies in the development of the concept of a social and labor model that takes into account the characteristics of different social generations and their impact on productive employment. For the first time, the author's methodological approaches to assessing the impact of generational factors on the socio-economic development of the regions of Kazakhstan will be proposed, as well as tools for quantitative and qualitative analysis of human capital in the intergenerational context will be developed. The practical significance of the study lies in the formation of a set of recommendations for improving the state policy in the field of employment, education and social support. Based on the results obtained, mechanisms will be proposed to overcome the personnel imbalance, increase the efficiency of the use of labor resources and form a sustainable ecosystem of interaction between key stakeholders - the state, business, educational institutions and the population. The implementation of the project will not only deepen the scientific understanding of the processes of formation and development of human capital, but also create applied tools to increase the competitiveness of the economy of Kazakhstan, ensuring more effective integration of various social generations into the modern socio-economic system of the country. Askar Dzhamanbaevich Shontaev - AP14971635 "Development of a progressive technology for mining hazardous coal seams based on analytical modeling of geomechanical processes in host rocks". The project is aimed at creating scientifically based and technologically effective solutions to improve the safety and efficiency of mining operations in difficult geological conditions. The urgency of the project is due to the high risk of sudden emissions of coal and gas during preparatory work, which poses a serious threat to the life and health of workers, as well as leads to significant economic losses. Existing methods of preventing such phenomena do not always provide sufficient reliability, especially in conditions of changing mining and geological factors, which requires the development of new approaches based on a deep understanding of geomechanical processes. The aim of the project is to develop a set of anti-blowout measures during mining based on the identified patterns of rock pressure and stress-strain state of the carboniferous massif using mathematical modeling methods. The main idea of the project is to create a geotechnological method for preventing sudden emissions by purposefully controlling the stress-strain state of the rock mass. This involves the impact on the most stressed areas ahead of the face and in the contiguous areas of the workings, which will reduce the likelihood of emergencies. As part of the project, an analytical and mathematical model of the geomechanical processes occurring in the host carboniferous massif will be developed. Based on the simulation, the optimal parameters for carrying out workings will be determined, taking into account specific mining, geological and engineering conditions. This will make it possible to justify effective technological solutions for managing mountain pressure and reducing the risk of emissions. The practical implementation of the project includes conducting laboratory, bench and pilot tests of the developed technologies, monitoring the condition of the array around the workings, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of the proposed solutions. Based on the research results, recommendations will be prepared for implementation in the mining industry and a feasibility study of the technology will be developed. The scientific novelty of the project is to develop new approaches to managing the geomechanical condition of the massif based on analytical modeling, as well as to create an integrated system for preventing explosive phenomena, taking into account the influence of various factors. The expected results of the project include the publication of scientific articles in highly-rated international journals, the publication of monographs, obtaining patents and copyright certificates, as well as the introduction of the developed technology in production. Additionally, the results of the study will be used in the educational process in the training of specialists in the field of Mining. The implementation of the project will significantly increase the level of industrial safety, reduce mining accidents and ensure the sustainable development of the coal industry through the introduction of innovative geotechnological solutions.
