Assessment and development of a mechanism for developing human capital taking into account the differences of social generations in the Republic of Kazakhstan
The project aims at a comprehensive study of the impact of intergenerational differences on the labour market, employment and economic development of the country, followed by the development of effective mechanisms for state support of human capital. The scientific novelty of the project lies in developing the concept of a social and labour model that takes into account the characteristics of different social generations.

Development of an advanced technology for mining outburst-prone coal seams based on analytical modelling of geomechanical processes
The project aims to create scientifically grounded technological solutions to improve the safety and efficiency of mining operations in complex geological conditions. The scientific novelty lies in developing new approaches to managing the geomechanical state of the rock mass based on analytical modelling.
