Ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns Omaralieva Aigul Makhmutovna - BR24993031 "Development of technology for the production of confectionery products (biscuits and gingerbread) based on dry powders of melons and fruit crops." The project is aimed at creating an innovative technology for the manufacture of flour confectionery products with increased nutritional and biological value based on domestic plant raw materials. The relevance of the project is due to the growing demand for natural, functional and environmentally friendly food products, as well as the need to expand the range of confectionery products in Kazakhstan. Currently, the industry mainly uses standard ingredients and additives, while the potential of local melons and fruit crops remains insufficiently realized. The aim of the project is to scientifically substantiate and develop a technology for the production of biscuits and gingerbread, enriched with natural antioxidants, vitamins and biologically active substances through the use of dry powders from melons and fruit crops. The main idea of the project is to apply an innovative approach to the processing of plant raw materials — its drying and grinding into a powdered form while preserving useful properties. This will not only increase the nutritional value of the finished product, but also significantly increase its shelf life by reducing humidity and suppressing the development of microorganisms. The project will develop a technology for the production of confectionery products, including the selection of optimal formulations, the study of physico-chemical and organoleptic properties of products, as well as an assessment of the effect of herbal powders on the structure, taste and aroma of products. Special attention will be paid to the creation of new flavor combinations and textures that can attract consumers and increase the competitiveness of products. The use of dried melon and fruit and berry powders will provide a number of technological and economic advantages: reducing the cost of transportation and storage of raw materials, simplifying the production process, increasing the shelf life of products without the use of artificial preservatives, as well as the possibility of year-round use of seasonal raw materials. The practical significance of the project lies in the creation of a new range of healthy confectionery products focused on healthy nutrition. The implementation of the technology will increase the competitiveness of food industry enterprises, expand the sales market, including export destinations, as well as stimulate the use of local agricultural raw materials. The socio-economic effect of the project is expressed in the creation of additional jobs, the development of the processing industry and providing the population with high-quality and affordable products with improved consumer properties. As a result of the project, an efficient technology for the production of new-generation confectionery products will be developed and implemented, combining high taste qualities, long shelf life and increased nutritional value. Umralieva Bela Illaridanovna - IRN DP23691679 "Commercialization of effective technology for the separation of textile waste, using yarn and nonwovens in the production". The project aims to introduce and scale innovative textile waste recycling technology in order to create competitive products and develop a sustainable industry in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The relevance of the project is due to the lack of effective technologies for recycling textile waste in the country, the high dependence of the industry on imported raw materials, as well as growing environmental problems associated with waste accumulation. Currently, a significant part of textile waste is disposed of in landfills of solid household waste, which leads to irrational use of resources and a negative impact on the environment. The aim of the project is to commercialize the results of scientific research and scientific and technical activities by organizing the production of regenerated fibers and blended yarns from textile waste suitable for further use in the textile industry and the production of nonwovens. The project is based on the developed effective technology for the separation of textile waste, which makes it possible to obtain regenerated fibers while maintaining the proportion of natural components. The use of advanced technological solutions ensures the production of blended yarns with improved strength and performance characteristics, which makes the products competitive in domestic and foreign markets. The project involves the creation of a production line for the processing of textile waste, the organization of a system for collecting raw materials, including industrial waste and worn textiles, as well as the production of finished products. The planned production volume is up to 576 tons of products per year, followed by access to the markets of the CIS countries. The practical significance of the project lies in solving a number of key industry tasks.: reducing the cost of production through the use of cheap secondary raw materials, reducing dependence on imports, as well as improving the environmental situation by reducing the amount of waste sent to landfills. In addition, the project contributes to the formation of a circular economy and the development of sustainable production practices. Expected results include the transfer of intellectual property rights or the conclusion of relevant contracts, the introduction of the developed technology into industrial production, the launch of new products from regenerated fiber on the market, as well as the achievement of economic efficiency of the project, expressed in generating income from the sale of products of at least 10% of the amount of grant financing. As a result of the project, a modern textile waste processing facility will be created, ensuring the production of high-demand products, the development of the domestic raw materials market and increasing the competitiveness of the textile industry in Kazakhstan.
