Ensuring high standards of education and management within the university

Quality Management System

A Quality Management System (QMS) is a formalized system that documents processes, procedures, and responsibilities for achieving quality policies and objectives. It helps coordinate and direct an organization’s activities to meet customer and regulatory requirements and improve its effectiveness and efficiency on a continuous basis.

Like any system, QMS is characterized by its purpose, structure, constituent elements, and the connections between them.

In accordance with the certificate issued by the auditing organization "EUROASIA MS" LLP with a validity period until July 18, 2028, the First inspection and Second inspection audits are conducted annually at the university for compliance with the requirements of ST RK ISO 9001-2016 "Quality management systems. Requirements".
